Vézelay Basillica; One of the most beautiful examples of Romanesque architecture and a place of pilgimages since the 9th century.
Priory at La Charité-sur-Loire; an important stopping point for pilgrims throughout history.

Five of the prettiest villages:
Noyers-sur-Serein
Vézelay
Châteauneuf-en-Auxois and its medievel castle
Flavigny-sur-Ozerain
Semur-en-Brionnais
The medievel bulilding site of Guédelon:
A castle is being built in the same way as it would have been during the 13th Century. Set in the heart of the forest, the natural environment provides all the materials needed for the construction; water, stone, earth, sand and wood. The project is scheduled for completion in 2020.
