Horse Riding in Rhône-Alpes
Nothing is more pleasant than horse riding to discover the Southern Ardèche and Vallon Pont d'Arc region. You will pass through forests, on bridle paths and will end by crossing rivers.
Join one of the riding activities where instructors explain the rudiments and build your self-confidence. During this time, the more experienced riders go with another guide, for a warm up gallop.
Some horse riding treks take horses across the rivers (they love it) around Saint Alban Auriolles, there are three rivers to cross: the Ardèche, Chassezac and Beaume.
At Chavetourte, they love people, horses and the Ardèche. There are also horse and carriage tours, with wild west wagons, as well as bivouacs under the stars, ponies for the very young and even a riding school with horse training and acrobatics for the more experienced.
